- Your Shopify store name and store domain
- Store owner email address
- Product information such as titles, variants, pricing and product IDs
- Purchase cost, if you choose to enter it for Smart AI pricing
- Competitor product links added by you
- App usage data such as settings, preferences and dashboard activity
We do not collect any payment information or personal customer data from your store.
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information only for purposes related to the functionality of the app. This includes:
- Tracking competitor prices for selected products
- Analyzing pricing data using Smart AI
- Suggesting or updating smart product prices
- Displaying competitor price comparisons on your storefront
- Showing competitor price history and notifications
- Providing analytics and performance insights
- Improving the performance and reliability of the app
Your product purchase cost, if provided, is only used to calculate a smart selling price that considers your margin.
Automatic Price Updates
If you enable the Auto Smart Price option in your dashboard, Price Mirror may automatically update product prices based on competitor analysis.
However, you always have the ability to review and edit prices manually within the app.
Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your store data from unauthorized access or misuse. Your information is:
- Transmitted securely through Shopify-approved APIs
- Stored using standard security measures
- Used only for providing Price Mirror services
We do not sell, rent or share your store or product data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
Third-Party Services
Price Mirror works directly with Shopify's API to access store information required for pricing comparison and analytics.
We may also use secure hosting and monitoring tools to maintain app performance, but these services do not have access to your store data beyond what is necessary to operate the app.
Data Retention
We retain your store data only for as long as your app installation is active. If you uninstall Price Mirror from your Shopify store:
- Access to your store data is immediately revoked
- Stored data related to your store is deleted within a reasonable time
You may also request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
