About Price Mirror
Price Mirror is a Shopify app that helps you track competitor prices, analyze pricing trends and apply Smart AI-based pricing to your products. The app is designed to support your pricing decisions, but final control always remains with you.
Using the App
When you use Price Mirror, you agree to:
- Provide accurate store and product information
- Use the app only for your own store or authorized use
- Not misuse or attempt to interfere with the app's functionality
You are responsible for how you use the pricing suggestions or automatic pricing features.
Pricing & Smart AI
Price Mirror provides Smart AI pricing based on competitor data and your product details. If you enable Auto Smart Price, the app may automatically update your product prices. If you enter purchase cost, the app will try to maintain your margin, and if you do not enter cost, pricing is based on market comparison.
However, we do not guarantee any specific results, sales increase or profit outcome. Pricing decisions should always be reviewed based on your business needs.
Your Control Over Pricing
Even when automation is enabled, you can review updated prices, edit or override smart pricing and turn off Auto Smart Price anytime.
Price Mirror is meant to assist, not replace your decision-making.
Subscription & Billing
Price Mirror offers different pricing plans based on usage.
- Billing is handled through Shopify
- Plans renew on a monthly/yearly basis
- You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime
We do not manage your payment details directly.
Data & Store Access
To provide the service, Price Mirror requires access to certain store data, such as:
- Product details
- Pricing information
- Competitor links added by you
We only use this data to run the app features and improve performance. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
App Availability
We do our best to keep Price Mirror running smoothly at all times. However, we do not guarantee:
- That the app will be error-free at all times
- Continuous availability without interruptions
- Immediate updates for every competitor price change
There may be occasional downtime for maintenance or improvements.
Limitation of Liability
Price Mirror is a tool to assist with pricing decisions. We are not responsible for:
- Loss of revenue or profit
- Pricing decisions made using the app
- Business outcomes based on competitor data
You use the app based on your own business judgment.
Termination
You can stop using Price Mirror anytime by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store. We may suspend or terminate access if the app is misused and there is a violation of these terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions if the app evolves or features change. If we make important updates, we will notify you through email or inside the app.
